"Best place to find the dress for you! Employees were very sweet, I had the pleasure of having Joshua as my salesperson and he was great! I came in thinking it would be a stress filled time because it's my first time dress shopping but he made sure that I knew he would turn this into an amazing experience! He listened to my request, gave respectful opinions/recommendations and so patient! I truly recommend going here :)"

"I was going to give them a decent review about my purchase until the way I was treated today when I picked up my daughter's dress. Dress was ordered and paid for on 11/23/23. Since the dress was in a warehouse, it would be shipped. Was told I would probably have it in December, I didn't. Started calling near mid-January. Would say they would call me back and never would. I finally got the dress today (1/26/24), more than two months after it was paid for. I was happy. Everyone I dealt with on the phone was polite and while it was a hassle of a purchase I was still happy that I got the dress. Then I went to pick it up. The side eyes and the smirks when I gave them my daughter's name made it clear that I had been the talk of the shop. I've never been treated so rudely. I was always polite and patient on the phone, but I was persistent because they would not call me back. They get all your money up front, and since there are absolutely no refunds, they don't care about customer service. Shop elsewhere."

"This place was AWESOME! And, the service was equally as good! Went there to get a Homecoming dress for my Granddaughter. All the dresses were so shiny and pretty! All the sparkles! The colors and options were plentiful! Pricing is on the higher end, but worth it if you want something unique. This is a must see!"

"It was a bit of a drive but well worth it since she found her prom dress within 30 minutes after we had been to so many other stores. The gowns are top notch and gorgeous on. She definitely feels like a princess and is so excited for her event now. Henri’s staff was kind and helpful through the whole process."
