"Stayed here over a week with my dog. The hotel was clean, Monique was SO friendly and helpful at check-in (and check-out) and every housekeeping person I saw had a smile on their face and was friendly. The breakfast was great and the location was good for road noise. The rooms have no carpet which is great for my dog. When I come back to Hixson, I'll be staying here again!"

"Oh where to start... It's a place to sleep, and for that it works pretty good. The hotel is not really that old, but it's condition looks 20 years old. Flooring in bad shape, a/c is disgusting, and overall it was just a dirty room/hallway. Look, you have to decide what you would like and expect for your money. For me I'm not staying again or recommending for anyone."

"Good place to stay for an overnight. Breakfast buffet has a lot of options, so you won't be dissappinted. Usually pretty quiet. Great place to bring your kids if traveling. Also close to a lot of different places along the driving strip."

"The staff was very cordial. The room had several issues. The door frame was warped and the door did not hardly close. Ceiling had numerous leak stains. The bathroom had several leak issues."

"Bed Bugs. Do not stay here. I stayed for 1-night in towards the end of September. My first room didn't have a lock that worked. I moved to the second room and it smelled of food! The hotel was full so I stayed and got room spray from the desk. Around 4am I woke up with bites all over and found 2 bed bugs right there!"
