Motel 6 East Ridge, TN

"Below average room! Floor dirty. Sink faucet barely works, shower dials worn and hard to turn off water and find where warm is. Live (was) cockroach. Killed it! Mold everywhere! See in photos. Bed old and saggy bad. Toilet doesn't flush. Refrigerator loud! Holes in blankets and sheets stained. TV remote only changes channels. Dirty and poorly lit parking lot. Lots of permanent residents, too col to hang outside. They hold a $75 deposit and no way of rebuttal if they decide to keep any. No grass for dog to do business. That's on the top off my head, I didn't write everything down. Enough?! Two stars at best, try somewhere else. You've been warned."

"Quiet and close to the interstates. People leave you alone here and don't bother you. Easy parking in private lot. Pet friendly. Comfortable beds and hot shower after a long day is amazing."

"Utterly disappointed and will never do motel 6 here again. Me and my Husband have had MANY complications. Our TV didn't work we told them and they had someone come the next day and still didn't work. Then they said they'll get a new TV in the next day and didn't happen. We've had to use our phones and the network wouldn't work and we'd ask multiple time and just given a paper with numbers on it. Another problem We've had is the breakfast. They say there's breakfast but there isn't. Then they say only coffee and when we went for coffee they said no coffee. Also our room had to be cleaned and we were getting everything together so me, my husband and our son could go on a walk and told them when we'll be back so they can clean the room and they had already left and said tomorrow they'll come and that she was saying something about our deposit. Like hell I better get my money back because there's nothing in here worth breaking nor taking. I will get my money back and NEVER stay here. The negative reviews are spot on."

"Place is awful. Every negative review was 100% accurate. I have absolutely nothing nice to say except the woman at the front desk was nice upon check in. Do not stay here. Pay $10 extra and stay somewhere, ANYWHERE else. It's really sad because if they put like $10k worth of TLC into this place, it would make a complete difference. I genuinely believe there is no cleaning staff, due to the unimaginable state of the rooms. Look at the mattress, look at the fridge, look at the baseboards. It really is unacceptable to ask people to pay money to stay here. It's very sad and I think we'd rather sleep in a box then sleep here. Only reason we stayed was because I couldn't drive any more."
