"Discrimination. The Management is awful. This store is run by a group of idiots. I understand the lady who sent the review about how the employees are from a differnt place. Ive always hated this store. Employees just gossip and complain about the customers. Store is run by hillbillies like the other lady stated in her review. They never answer to negative reviews to listen and resolve the issues.There is one older lady who works very hard and is very professional while the others seem to cause trouble. One cashier said at Christmas why do you people come out so late at night. You could tell she hated her job."

"After my driver got a little turned around, 50+ miles later, we arrived at this Gainesville Kohl's, in the rain, looking for a specific item. Customer service was terrible, and the employees were very unfriendly and hostile to us. My granddaughter and I felt very 'out of place,' like we were in Andy Griffith's 'Mayberry.' We were the only Black customers in the entire store, Sunday night, 3 days ago. I guess that was a 'clue.' The clerks watched me, and asked if I needed help, while I was standing at an earring rack, just looking at earrings, which I didn't like. I don't shop at any Kohl's any more, because of clerks watching me, more than anyone else. I'm a senior citizen, who is always dressed better than the employees, with a $300 Coach shoulder bag worn diagonally around my beautiful body. I have the shape of a 25 yr old woman, so I guess they think I'm a Millenial or a Gen X or whatever, but it still doesnt absolve them or make it okay to annoy and watch me closely. I'll just keep shopping at the mall stores, where we don't get harrassed and discriminated against like Kohl's."
