"Keeps delivering packages inside my US mailbox which is illegal, obnoxious and lazy. Driver also complains about me receiving too many packages."

"The last 3 deliveries of my were delivered to a house on the other side of the street with no house number on the porch. Seen many deliveries to my street delivered to that house. I know it ain't theirs when they throw it in their yard. Put GPS devises in your trucks and teach them how to use them."

"They broke my Starlink. Their driver signed for a $2400 computer and left it on the side of the road in the rain, in a box that said 'HP' big and bold on it. Constantly get "delivery attempted, will deliver next business day" when I've been home all day sitting and waiting on them. I never have issues with UPS, and at least when USPS fails I can just run into town and pickup my packages at the post office, but FedEx likes to hold my packages hostage an extra day or two, like they're playing with them. I tell everyone not to send my online purchases through FedEx, but they don't listen. I've had heated arguments with FedEx reps to take my address off their route and stop accepting my packages, to force senders to use UPS or USPS, but they won't do it. I've completely stopped shopping at Walmart because of FedEx, thankfully Amazon rarely uses them."

"A FedEx delivery now seems to be a scavenger hunt on a regular basis. They assign random drivers and gone are my reliable drivers. They also lost their standard for literacy & fail at simply matching mailbox information to shipping labels. Would like the hub phone number but it seems to be a trade secret."

"Unbelievably bad. Every SINGLE time I've had the misfortune of ordering from a company that ships with FedEx my package ends up delivered God knows where. I've written detailed delivery instructions. I've called in advance and asked them to make sure the driver double checks the address. I've submitted numerous complaints. I've even had to drive to another town to find the FedEx truck because my $1000 laptop was marked delivered but certainly not to my actual address. When I found him he said "oh hahaha I wasn't even paying attention. I think I left it at a brick house?" So I had to drive around town searching for it. Luckily I found it because when I called customer service they said "our computers are down" and hung up on me. Today, another package missing. And that's on me at this point - I should know to cancel any orders coming through FedEx. It's not worth the trouble. If I was this bad at my job I would have been fired a long time ago. Guess it's up to me to fire FedEx."
