"Great drivers busses always on schedule"

"Absolutely horrible transit services when it comes to communication. The schedule is an awful representation, as it serves as a rough "outline" (words of the Radford Transit Services dispatcher), which is understandable when there is a deviation of a couple of minutes between the scheduled time and the true time. However, the Radford Transit Service will happily work under conditions that vary mostly to an hour to hours behind a never changing schedule pdf, without informing any of its riders on any platform of such delays. With that being said, you are solely expected to rely on "Passio GO!," which shows you where the bus is, but does not tell you WHEN the bus is scheduled to come to your preferred location. Therefore, the pdf schedule is irrelevant/useless, and you are forced to monitor Passio GO! at all times, instead of making scheduled plans based on the buses' schedule. With that being said, even with this knowledge, you cannot escape such horrible Radford Transit Service at the bus stop itself. While waiting for my scheduled 3:50pm bus to arrive, it comes at 4:50pm. AT LAST! A bus to drive me to my destination, I've only been waiting an hour and some change for this bus. I'm standing here proud, the bus driver and I lock eyes. I'm waiting for the bus to stop, she continues to drive by, waving her hands in the air, insinuating that she completely missed my stop, and could not pick me up. Great, so if the Radford Transit bus manages to come to your bus stop at the scheduled pdf time, then lucky you! Double points for you, if the Radford Transit bus driver doesn't drive pass your stop, while you're patiently waiting as well. This isn't a post to hate on the company, but rather to inform riders of the flaws that they should be aware of before riding."

"Bus 35 was not here at 6:25 at Walmart and I've been standing here since then. It's supposed to be here no earlier than that and then it leaves at 6:30. I tried to explain the situation to the dispatcher because I saw the bus all the near Rock Road at about 6:32 when I checked the map, but the dispatcher hung up on me after dismissively telling me to catch the 7:30 bus."

"Good company to work for and the buses cover Radford, Christiansburg, NRCC Dublin and Mall campus, and Blacksburg!"

"This man driving bud 362 today needs some cancelling on how you don't throw your passengers around. And he needs to wait on people to sit down before he guns it and makes a person about fall. I don't understand why he's acting like he's in such a hurry because ALL the buses don't leave the hub until 130. And here we are at the hub at 122. So what's his hurry. Well it's 8/10/21 and the same man again. He's driving bus 358 and did not wait for me to sit down before he took off. Every person talks about how he fly's and acts like he's in a hurry all the time. It doesn't make sense when there are camera on the bus and anyone can see how he drives throwing people around. I really think he needs to be retrained"
