"We didn't have a lot of issues with the room. The bed was comfortable and hotel was quiet. Our issue was that we arrived an hour and half early and was charged $45 for early check in. This was unreasonable. A fee of $15 would have been much more reasonable, $45 is total rip off. We stay in the area a lot but we will NEVER stay here again because of this. The room was empty and already cleaned. We did not add extra work to the hotel by arriving a little early. We have gotten even earlier than this at other hotels in the area and have never been nickled and dimed like that. You have lost our business."
"Room was disgusting. Cat hair or Dog hair was all over the couch. Dead roaches in the corner. Tub did not drain, bathtub mat was extremely stained, air conditioning was not functioning properly. I was not going to say anything since it was only one night of staying here but after seeing my card charged THREE times (and confirmed with my bank) I’m quite fed up! Not even to mention trying to call and getting immediately hung up on after the first ring for over an hour!! Do not stay here!! Dirty as hell room and fraudulently charging cards!!!"
"Used this hotel 11/2/23 -11/5/23. The rooms weren't bad in set up, but the hotel was roach infested. We had two rooms 1st room we asked to be moved from as there were bugs. One of my friends was bitten by something. Toilet seat was loose. We were moved to another room which had roaches. We were up at 3:00 am cleaning, disinfecting and spraying for roaches to make room stayable as there was an event going and all hotels were booked up. Asked hotel manager about fixing toilet seat and he never followed through. shower curtain rod was improperly installed which meant curtain hung incorrectly and water sprayed all over the place. Staff was good though and helped with what they could. Manger said he would discount bill , he did but was not even for one full night after all we'd gone through"
"Other than some man talking on his phone very loudly at 6am in the hallway, it was an awesome hotel. Room is gorgeous, breakfast was delicious. The beds are super comfy and the bathroom is wonderful."
"It seemed to be the only decent hotel in the whole town. It was clean staff was nice and the room was great it accommodated my family of 4 perfectly. if we are ever in this town again we would stay here for sure"
