"Great hotel close to the Interstate. There is some traffic noise due to location, but it is convenient. Close driving distance to restaurants, but none within walking distance. Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms."

"Cockroach infested rooms. Our bathroom had cockroach poop all over the counter. We killed several roaches. When we walked into the room, we walked right into a cobweb. There were red stains all over the carpet. The room smelled terrible. We asked for a refund and moved locations. The front desk lady told me, "This is Georgia. Every hotel, restaurant, and home has cockroaches." Gross!"

"From the outside, this place looks great! But the inside just feels dirty. We knew that the road noise would be loud just from the proximity to the interstate, but honestly wasn't terrible. There was a weird odor on our floor (5th) when we got off the elevator and our keys didn't work, but the staff was very attentive and got our room moved. It wasn't overtly dirty, but just didn't feel clean."

"My husband and I stayed here from Nov 1-5 while we were in GA for The Big Pig Jig. We attend as judges every year but this time we decided to try a different hotel, Comfort Inn and Suites. I'm so glad we did! The hotel itself is what we expected (clean, convenient, comfy bed) but all the employees we encountered here truly elevated our experience. One staff member especially stood out when we had a minor issue. There was some miscommunication regarding the cleaning of our room. We requested housekeeping service daily but for some reason only received it on the first day. On our last day, we spoke with Krystal Jones at the front desk and she took control of the situation! First she checked to see if housekeeping staff was still on duty since it was late in the day. Then she promised us that our room would be cleaned even if she had to do it herself, and that's exactly what she did! Krystal was always friendly and professional, and went above and beyond in her demeanor and her actions as she sorted this out for us. I hope Comfort Inn and Suites realizes how fortunate they are to have her representing their hotel and their brand."

"TLDR: It was fine for one night. Pros: The staff was very kind and accommodating. I have nothing but great things to say about the staff! The common areas of the hotel were clean and welcoming. Also, all the other guests seemed really happy and kind. The people definitely make this place! Breakfast was great - they had a waffle maker that the kids loved. The breakfast staff made sure everything was clean and attended to. Cons: The rooms were not great. The first room we got to smelled really mildewy and was just a little too humid. We’re from FL and were only staying one night, so it wouldn’t have been a big deal. When we saw mold growing in the bathroom ceiling, though, we requested to move. The concierge team was very kind and moved us to a one-bedroom suite. When we got to that suite though, there was a large, gross, crusty looking white stain on the couch. It looked like a baby spit up there. There was also a big red stain on the carpet, like Gatorade or something like that had been spilled. At that point, we had already moved once and I didn’t want to be a pain. We just threw a sheet over the couch, Clorox wiped the place down, and stayed there. I’m sure if we had brought it to the staff’s attention, they would have stepped in. We just didn’t want to be a bother a second time. The doors to the rooms also didn’t close great, but we just used the deadbolt and put a chair in front of the door. Bonus: There was the cutest little cat outside."
