"Poor service. They insist on us being ready an hour before the scheduled appointment time, however they themselves are late. Even when needing to be brought back home they are late. All day today we have been left waiting for transportation and have been late due to their terrible service. I am needing to go home but my ride is now 30 minutes late."

"I should say the driver, DJ was professional and on time for when he was told to pick me up. However I was late because 1. My pick up time got chaged w/o my knowledge. And 2. There was a detour. I want to stress it was not his fault. He picked me up on time for when he was told to pick me up. And he was very friendly and professional."
