"I would give it -5 star if I could. I tried my wife for treatment, and they literally hung up on me. Like attitude and all, like I was a burden on them for trying to get my wife into a detox program. Rude and unprofessional are the nicest words I can say, it's definitely an insurance farm where they number the patients like cattle and just huff em through until the state insurance pays them"
"One star due to new Procedures for appointments. i think its ridiculous that my doctor tells me to come back in two months but i am not allowed to make an appointment with him until 2 months has passed Adding a Reply for FMRS. Your new system is trash, you response is trash. I work fulltime, go to school full time, i had a family, i also have many medical issues which requires me to see many doctors so the days i can have appts is premediated and inflexable and when i call i guarentee you will be unable to accomedate me and i doubt i am the only one like this so again you new system is trash and thank google for not allowing no star reviews becuase thats the only reason i gave you one star"
"As a patient at this place I do NOT recommend you to send your children here. The day staff pick favorites and treat the others poorly. The only staff I ever felt safe with was Ashly and Dave. Melinda practically made fun of my weight and laughed when another patient made a comment on my body, they act as if there’re helping but only add onto the insecurity, depression, and other mental health issues. I’ve been here four times now and each and every time just got worse although I do take responsibility in not taking medication properly. Melinda, if you’re reading this, I wish you nothing but what you deserve you broke my spirit and that is nothing that I can regain anymore and I hope you’re happy with yourself."
"I'm homeless and not from this state, I had no insurance, and was allowed to sign up and get services. I was able to get my first medicine in 7 years for $4 through their in sire pharmacy. Thank you to you all, you were great."
"I would zero stars if I could. This place is ridiculous anymore. The front desk staff does NOT understand that I have seizures and I am NOT allowed to drive for 6 months. It’s “policy” for the patients to start coming back in the office to see the doctor’s. As for professionalism the front desk does NOT know what professionalism is at all! I will be filing a grievance against the front desk!"
