Nana's Pet Grooming

"DO NOT TRUST THIS LADY!!!!!Spoke with the lady who I assume is ‘Nana’ almost a week in advance regarding what my dog needed. Trim two knots and an all over trim to his face, legs, and “potty” area. He is less than a year old, trained to obey commands and an easy temperament. When I walked in, I was immediately hit in the face by the smell of cat pee and noticed a pile of dried up cat poop in the corner of the front area. She had cats walking around freely inside as well. That’s fine with me, but the place has to be clean if you do that. She looked at me and my dog and with a very sharp attitude asked who I was and who my dog was. She then tells me she won’t be able to do what I asked. I even sent a picture of my dog to her so she would know he has a lot of hair. I turned down 5 other groomers in town because she said “we do not turn anyone away and would love to be able to see you and can do anything!” All were lies. She didn’t even apologize for taking time away from me and my ability to have him groomed by an accredited location. Find someone else. I went with pampered paws, who not only is more professional but a lot nicer in every way. I would hate for her to be my “Nana” yikes."

"Completely unprofessional and disappointing. I’ve never had my dog groomed before (I’ve always done it myself) so I looked at the reviews of a few places in tifton before I decided one Nana’s. I called two day in advance to schedule an appointment just to be told to bring my dog in before 9:30am. I arrived and dropped my dog off at 9:00am. The lady behind the desk was not nice and acted like I was bothering her by being there. Before I left I told them I had class at 1pm and needed my dog to be done around 12 so I wouldn’t be late for class, I figured 3 hours would be more than enough time for a simple bath and nail trim. I left with the exception that they would call in a couple hours but to my disappointment they never called. At 12:30 (they still never called) I show up to pick up my dog and they had only completed half of the job. Even though I had asked them nicely to please have my dog done by the 12 at 12:30 they had failed to complete the job. She was still wet and nails had not been trimmed, yet they still tried to charge me full price. I’m extremely unhappy and disappointed, I do not recommend this groomer."

"I have been taking my dog there for 7 years. very hyper maltese. no one else can groom him without having to sedate him. always does an excellent job with them. I wouldnt trust my dog with any other groomer."

"Absolutely amazing!! My dog has had really bad experiences with groomers In The Past and gets anxious whenever left at places. We dropped him off and he was so happy and eager to enter and he was happy when we picked him up too. The cut is beautiful, he smells amazing, his nails are cut perfectly & the owner is very professional. I am very happy with their service and work & will be returning! "
