"I went there today. There is the M size dress I liked, but it looked small on the mannequin. There was a Asian worker who was on the phone, I could hear her from across the store. She was being disrespectful, I hope she gets fired. I asked her, “Can I try that dress? “ and she goes” it’s too big for you guys.” And I’m here like the mannequin on dress looks small and I want to try but she still refused. She told me and my friend “this store is not for you guys.” so we just went out. Like what kind of worker refused to try on like you don’t want money?? She literally told us to get out. I am not going back there AGAIN!!!!"

"Deserves zero stars very rude disrespectful and workers stereotype did not greet nor offer assistance the worst experience ever! Left out and spent my $100.00 at Dillard’s was pleased with the service at Dillard’s and purchase of $85.00 for a better dress. Happy I didn’t purchase anything from Vi Vi’s store. Advised friends family coworkers and those I come in contact with of the disrespectfullness and blatant rudeness. Such a horribleness of the disservice to the service industry and disgustingly shameful, disgraceful and absurd!"

"I wouldn't even give it one star. I will never step foot in that establishment again and I will tell everyone I know exactly how mean, rude, disrespectful and nasty these people are. I went in there with my daughter so she could try something on. The clerk looked at her and said, "You are too big for that and it isn't stretchy, you can't try that on." My daughter was so embarrassed and upset. She came to me in tears and wanted to leave. This is unacceptable period!!"

"Excellent! I didn't need a greeting! My husband went with me. And he was star struck the way the dresses were contouring my hips. The clothes speak for themselves. I'm normally a high-end shopper bc I have long legs and big bust. But when I walked out of that fitting room, no alterations! Great quality for a super low price! I will shop there again and again!"

"I was not greeted upon my entrance to this establishment. I was talking with a friend saying I liked a skirt on a mannequin in the store, I saw a clerk watching me in my peripheral vision, but she did not approach me for help. After looking on my own for the skirt, I found it and was about to look for my size. At this point, the clerk walked up to me and explained the skirt was "very expensive". I asked her to repeat herself. She told me it was "a designer, and expensive, that I might not want it. And probably wouldn't fit it". I asked would this skirt not fit a size 8? She proceeded to again respond to me that the skirt was "VERY expensive." As if i could not afford a $70 skirt. I am very disgusted with this treatment and stereotyping. I am new to this city and I WILL NOT BE BACK! And will also tell all people of color to find another store to patronize!"
