"2-7-2024, i took my dog to get his normal regular shots and he went into anaphylactic shock, Dr Peyton Smith got in my face(a 15 year old female) and started yelling at me whilst i was on the phone with my father, having a panic attack. Then one of the ladies in the office proceeded to laugh at me and give me dirty looks. Dr Smith then proceeds to tell us we cannot bring our animals back as well as didn’t give not one apology. he was not understanding of the situation what so ever. I figured this should be put out there considering many people take their animals here. we’ve been going here for over 4/5 years and have NEVER had an issue like this. it was absolutely ridiculous. and as a 15 year old female, i was a little worried in that situation so i stuck up for myself of course, then he proceeded to say i was in the wrong. Don’t bring your animals here!!!!"
"Dr. Smith has always seen my animals, and he's great with them. His diagnosis and treatment have always been spot on. His son, who is a vet there now as well, has seen two of my cats, and he shows every sign of being just as caring and intelligent as his dad. Every staff member has been excellent."
"These Folks are awesome I own a pitbull and last time I took him to a vet in Huntsville they acted scared of him they were great with him wonderful I highly recommend that you take any animal you have here I know my baby will be going back"
