I got a text response fairly quickly with an excuse of it being a hard day and understaffed. The excuses and rudeness also extend to any time I call. We’re all understaffed in our jobs- but customer service isn’t where anyone should skimp."

"If I could give 0 stars I would! Today my husband and I went to get our payout. Around 10:40ish or so we walked into the store. The lady at the front register seemed bothered yet again. Then when asked a question she was RUDE! If you don’t like working with customers! Stay away from customer service jobs. I will never be back!"
