"Machine was in their shop for a couple months. Paid to have a small adjustment/fix done for the back squeegee to rest flat on the floor. They said the repair was made.. picked it up and when we got back to our facility and did a test run the squeegee still rests at the exact same angle. Poor communication and poor execution. Will add follow up if Janilink rights their wrong."

"They have no one to service the units in the state of MA. They direct you to many different repair stores all have no relationship with Janilink. The online support Via email is poor. I have a broken 6k unit with no options for support. I have been in email contact with a rep from Jani for 9 days."

"I call their location in Atlanta Georgia this morning. Tje guy answered the phone then he hung up on me. I called back to ask about a floor polishing machine, when I was done getting the information that I needed, I simply ask him if he works on commission so that I could call him to give him the sale. His response was this is 2022 people don't do orders over the phone anymore. Place your order on the internet, then he hang up"

"Extremely terrible customer service. Very rude when you call the Doraville Location morning shift, I was insulted about my description of a product I wanted to give them my money for. Instead of politely educating me on how to request more information on the equipment. I provided the manufacturers model number and I was told to email for more information while I’m readily looking to purchase a item from them unbelievable. Just another review to add to this list of bad reviews. I’m going in to the store to reach out to management this is unacceptable for business standards in Atlanta. I’ll go as far to bbb and Secretary of State to report bad business practices."

"Used to be a great company to work with but lately customer service is poor and stephen deans rarely if ever answers the phone or returns voicemails or emails. I had a problem with a machine that they had me ship back. Paid the $700 shipping cost myself. This was 4 months ago over and after many promises I am still waiting on the refund check for over $4000.00. Its a shame but I recommend avoiding doing business with them."
