"Scheduled an appt online but was not on the schedule when I arrived. Presented the confirmation email and was told nothing could be done. Their response was there were issues with the online scheulding system and to call over the phone next time. If that’s the case, they should remove the online system all together. Basically told there was nothing that could be done despite having an email showing how the appt was confirmed on my end. Ended up having to wait around until a spot was available"

"On December 1, 2023, I took my dog for a routine checkup and asked to check a mass on the side of his stomach, the response I got from Dr. Chakravarthy Reddy Chennareddy was that it was a fat mass and that there was nothing to worry about, a few weeks later, seeing that the mass had grown twice as much and had changed its appearance, I decided to take it to another Banfield branch and asked them to do a better evaluation, which resulted in that my dog had a cancerous mass in which she was immediately scheduled for surgery on January 26. It is not the first time that I have had a problem due to a wrong diagnosis on the part of the Banfield veterinarians. I suggest that our pets be treated as they should be, that they are not treated as just another bill, if for you they represent money, for us they are part of our family and we want the best for them."

"Dr. Riggins is excellent. He is caring, thorough, knowledgeable. He has helped me with the many varied health issues my little Zoey has. I've had some not so good experiences with some past vets here, but we love Dr Riggins. He has a bright future ahead of him."

"Do yourself a favor, find a different doctor for your fur-babies. This place is not very organized and communication is severely lacking. They dispensed the wrong medication, thankfully I caught it but I had to make another trip to get the correct dose. I made an appointment, but when I got there it was considered a "drop off" so they were going to keep my senior dog in a kennel until someone could fit her in, she had trauma as a pup and as a result will completely stress out when kept in a kennel. When i said that was not related and not going to work, they offered for her to come back in the afternoon for an actual "appointment"- which is what i made in the first place. I will not go back."
