"They are lucky I give them 2 stars. I called them to fix a plumbing issue. I thought I had a clogged pipe and it wound up being my septic was full. The guy did try. It was within a few feet of the septic tank and the motorized roto rooter didn't budge it. The problem I had with it was his boss told him to get me going and go to the next person because of all the busted pipes. I feel for those people I do, but when I call you to fix my problem I don't expect you to leave until its fixed. There was a gap between where 2 pipes join and he wouldn't fix it.. He just wanted to come back and fix it later. So I said I'm going to have to pay you $130 now and again when you come back? He didn't have much to say. He was there maybe 10 min. They lost my business as far as I'm concerned. They did good the first time they came out. It was an emergency and they came and fixed it. After hours. I don't have much money as it is and I should have not had to pay them anything the other day."
"Central Plumbing has provided exceptional service to both my home and business. They are prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable about their profession. I've never had any problems with them providing service to people of color. Not sure why when there's an issue, the topic of race seems to come up. It's not fair to these local businesses when customers slander their name. Just my opinion........"

"Our experience was horrible for as customers service goes These people really thought we wasn't going to pay them....staff Was very unprofessional .....they didn't want to put my unit in unless i gave the tech that came to do the job the check.....a cashier checkt that was written out to them..... we believe because we was the people of color....They wanted the money before they did the job......if i would have known that they was going to treat us thst way i just wouldn't use them ..on the other hand the tech allen & Jacob was awesome they really did a good job we appreciate them ....it wasn't a good experience considering it was.right here in town ..so make sure you ask questions up front if you decided to use this company... how you want to get paid before you do a job.....make it make sense ..i don't know no job is going to pay you before you work...staff was very unprofessional ... bad experience Allen & Jacob was awesome they get the five stars***** not the company !!"
