"I was able to get a same day appointment. Coolray called me 30 before their anticipated arrival and they arrived on time. The tech, Sean, was very knowledgeable and professional. He quickly diagnosed and corrected the problem. Sean also performed a series of tests and made minor adjustments to my system to ensure the system was operating within the proper parameters. He also offer suggestions to improve the operation of my HVAC system. He also replaced my filter with a higher rated filter at no additional charge. Since no parts were replaced, I only paid a nominal service fee. I will definitely use Coolray in the future."
