"This was our very first time and last I notify the owner about our dog how they did the bathing and the cutting I asked for the cut the dog short they cut her so short which I want it they ended up cutting the dog on her skin in different different spots she had blood coming from her skin the owner says I'll cut her next time I sent to myself and say it ain't going to be a next time you had one shot you all messed up so be in our first time is our last time definitely don't recommend it specially if you got a small dog I took it to another groomer and they fixed it all up and now she's looking good"

"Even though my daughter tried to groom my poodle, the ladies here were willing to help take him and cleaned him up and did a beautiful job. She was Sébastien to my allergies and didn't use products I was allergic to. I'll will definitely be back and definitely speak highly of the team here. Thank you!"

"They scared of my little dog that they won't cut her face down when I paid full price both times. Very disappointed in that. Other than that I like taking him there. But I have to take him where they can calm him, and cut his face. His face is the MAIN thing. He looks terrible in the face when he comes from there. They say he has to be put to sleep. That will never happen."
