"The people who cleaned were pleasant and thorough. The problem is, that instead of arriving between 8:30 to 11:30 as usual, they didn't arrive until 12:45. I realize that it probably isn't their fault but a time period of 3 hrs. seems sufficient to cover any anomalies. The reason we asked for service in the morning is so our entire day isn't wasted sitting around the house waiting for service. This is the second time service has been delayed beyond the broad arrival window."
