"I LIKED EVERYTHING!! ServiceMaster of Savannah was phenomenal. I have to give a shout out to Selena who was my professional and courteous contact person. We had multiple leaks and they placed fans where needed. They constantly checked the fans and the moisture level. When we found an additional leak, they immediately came out and placed additional fans. Well, asbestos was found in the old tiles under the carpet and ServiceMaster helped us again. ServiceMaster scheduled our pack out, which included a storage pod, and removed the carpet. They then scheduled the abatement team to come remove the tiles with the asbestos. When construction repairs were completed, ServiceMaster came out again and placed our items back into our house. If you ever need a complete package, ServiceMaster can more than provide that. EVERY ONE of its employees and affiliates we came into contact with were professional and courteous. I regret that I cannot remember their names, but I can't say enough about ServiceMaster. No one wants to need this kind of service, but if you do, contact ServiceMaster of Savannah. You wont be disappointed."

"What we liked most was the professionalism and the courteousness of everyone involved. Selena really made us, particularly me, feel like Service Masters really cared about what was going on. I really called her a lot (in retrospect, probably too much). But she never made me feel like I was a burden. She was actually my lifeline. The gentlemen who put down the fans (I did not get their names) were equally compassionate and professional. They checked the fans, and checked the fans, and ... checked the fans. They were really thorough and explained every step to us as to what they were doing and why. Then you have the lady and gentleman (again, I did not get their names) who removed furniture and carpet. Wow!! Just watching them was amazing. They cleared everything out in no time and they, too, were professional and courteous. They also explained what they were doing and why. Service Masters has a PHENOMENAL team working for them. I just can't brag on them enough. THANK YOU ALL!!"

"I thought I had mold on the attic rafters and called ServiceMaster in Savannah, Ga and explained what I had seen. The person who answered (Selena) heard my concern and requested that I send her a photo of the mold. Within 5 minutes she called me to tell me it appeared not to be mold but sap seeping from the wood. What a relief to me. They did not try to sell me a visit or sell me products. You don't find many companies treating customers as neighbors anymore. Will call ServiceMaster if ever I have a problem that would require their type of service."
