"We have been using Pro cleaners for years, but unfortunately for the past year or so; the quality of work has slowly diminished. The Last straw was when we sent out about 10 items to be cleaned and a few of my shirts still had a little ring around the collar and sleeves. The one that got me the most is a white shirt that was never cleaned but yet it was pressed, of which I needed for a function. So I decided to pick them up on my way to the airport...which needless to say I couldn't take with me. We spent over $50.00 on our cleaning that day...and they didn't even say, ok. We will do that shirt at no cost. Nothing! All she said to us was... "we will not charge you to re-do the shirt " even though she admitted that they screwed up. WE WILL NEVER USE PRO CLEANERS AGAIN."
