"Very fair price, courteous service, and overall great experience. Just had the carpets in my home that we were moving out of cleaned by North Atlanta Cleaning Services and if you are in the Loganville (and surrounding areas) I recommend them as a service. Contact was easy as when you reach out for a quote they will either call or email. Also, prior to my scheduled appointment, I received a text the night before confirming the time. Ross was great from the time he pulled up. He told me he would arrive by noon and he was there about 10 minutes early, I was actually late myself as I was coming from my new home to the property. He was a very nice gentleman and just had a good energy about him. We even had a situation where the city turned the water off a day earlier than I planned for, so Ross (who needs access to your tap water so keep that in mind if you're moving etc) called an audible for me so that he could still provide service. He said he could do it if he had a few gallons of spring water and he could charge me an additional $25 or so and go pick them up from Publix. I truly appreciated this because I had to get the carpets cleaned yesterday as it was our move out day and I didn't want to leave it to the leasing company to do as they may hit your deposit crazy but also it's my responsibility as a tenant. Ross completed the job fairly quickly. He cleaned our 4 bedrooms, a hallway and the steps. He provided an invoice to us by email that we could provide to our leasing company as proof of service and he even gave us some advice on items to clean around the house to ensure we get our full deposit back. I truly appreciate his service and willingness to go a step further to help get my carpets cleaned, which he did a great job of cleaning and deodorizing. I actually plan on using North Atlanta Cleaning again as I want the carpets in my new home cleaned and deodorizer as well. May even get my sectional cleaned. "Even tough stains that I thought were there to stay came out of the carpeting on my stairs. I was about to bite the bullet to buy new carpet, and after a fabulous Carpet Cleaning, I am keeping my current carpet for at least another year, if not longer."

"I told Ross, we have a baby coming out of the NICU so I'm willing to pay extra for deeper clean. We only have a 1200 sq ft home. But he charged $400. I communicated what I wanted, and he told me what they can and can not do. When the ladies got here the one who seemed to be in charge was very rude, and I had to point out basic things like a missed window and furniture. (I understand not wanting to be at work, but they straight up didn't do their job. we were actively helping them, and moving stuff around that whole time.)They also missed our ceiling fan, both bathroom fans, our table, my night stand, there was hair on and in our bath tub. I rarely ever leave a bad review, because I know businesses need to survive, but this was ridiculous and NOT what I paid for!!! When I asked for a portion of themoney back, he refused. I feel like I have been taken advantage of... Edit: he claims our house was "very dirty" which we already had told him, and scheduled way ahead of time. But these were basic spots that have no excuse to be missed. Our house was NOT that dirty to miss a ceiling fan and basic stuff!!"

"Zero understanding what a deep cleaning look like. Zero understanding what a customer service is about. Charged my VIP clients $750 but left the house in the same filthy condition as before the "cleaning": dirty counters, dust everywhere, doors covered in fingerprints and spills, hardwoods not wiped thoroughly. He costed me very angry clients, $500 out of my pocket for another cleaners and lots of wasted time. When I tried to resolve the issue with him, man says he will be "very upset" if he has to drive back to the house to "touch up a couple of missed spots". It took another cleaning team 4+ hours to "touch up" his missed spots."
