Dr Adams was so incredibly professional, kind, sympathetic and explained everything in a way we could understand. She started tests that the other facility would not do even at our request. Yet, these test finally confirmed the actual medical situation. Short sweet and to the point. No dragging things out, no unneeded tests, great explanations and I can finally get some sleep after a week of worrying. The entire staff was kind and professional. Incredibly caring. "I scheduled a first time visit online. By the way it was very easy. Approximately 4days prior the appointment I was called multiple times (each time was bad timing for a Pre Visit DEPOSIT). Collecting money before service? Is this something new? On the appointment front staff was so unorganized asking repeated questions, we had to wait for them to get it together. Too many hands in the pot was my first thought. Dr. Sydney was awesome and great sense of humor."

"We have been going to Dunnellon Animal Hospital for over 20 years over the last 13 years we have lost 2 of my dogs, Dr Morgan and Dr Mormon are the best, very caring, always answers our questions, they always go above and beyond. The front desk staff has always been nice, there’s been several times they have put me on hold to go ask Dr Morgan or Mormon a question and never have they give me an attitude, 2 years ago one of my dogs was bitten by a rattlesnake, they were waiting on us when we got the the vet, kept him for 3 days , called us every morning and night with an update! I would never ever think about changing vets unless we moved away!"
