"After going in and picking up our dry cleaning today, I will never give business to them again. I am unsure of who the man was sitting in the place, but he had made unnecessary racist comments as I was chatting with the person working behind the counter. I really do not understand how unethical and uneducated people can be. The man working did not even say anything regarding the comments the other patron made. This is completely unacceptable and I will be going in to speak to the owner. I am BEYOND words. If only zero stars were an option. This is absolutely disgusting service."

"They charged me $70 to clean and repair a gown which is a rip off! When I picked up the item and got it home it hadn't been cleaned or repaired. Worker gave me a song and.dance about why they couldn't refund my money!"

"Crooks. They will overcharge you for items on pickup without prior telling you that it is an excessive charge ($26/item) when all previous cleaners have charged $6-$8 for this item. When it comes to customer service the lady at the front desk (image of the company) has absolutely none. While trying to figure out why it was so much more she ignored me while taking personal phone calls not once but twice. The lack of the professionalism is why this will be my first and last visit to this business. I certainly hope that the owner takes a close look at some of the reviews on their business because as I read some of them it’s apparent that this is not a unique situation with the customer service."

"If I could give this dry cleaner zero stars, I would!! What a terrible experience and atrocious customer service. Please do not support this business. I initially picked this dry cleaners due to the positive Google reviews, since I'm new to the area. However, I will NEVER be coming back and this was my first visit. I dropped off three pieces of clothing; one of which was a leather jacket they weren't sure they could be able to clean. The ticket they supplied me with said Monday, but due to their concern with cleaning the jacket the man said Wednesday. I went back on Wednesday to find that no only were my clothes NOT cleaned, but they weren't even at this location! I have never been to a dry cleaner that doesn't take care of the clothes onsite. Who knows where my clothes are! Unacceptable. Furthermore, the Asian woman working the counter is simply awful and doesn't understand the basic concept of customer service. After waiting for several minutes of her discussing my case on the phone with the owner, she took two additional calls while I was waiting. I was upset by this point and she got nasty with me saying there's nothing she can do and I just need to come back later. I look forward to speaking with the owner when I go back A SECOND TIME to attempt to retrieve my clothes and plan to scrutinize their work as they are inefficient and untimely in their services. What a terrible experience all around! I will never go back to this cleaner and hope that this review informs my new Woodstock neighbors to avoid this business at all costs."
