"Was promised 2 cleaners, only one showed up. They ranted about her 5 star service but we received less than par. Pictures of my tile were sent before he agreed to take on my job and descriptions of what was super important was discussed. My tile grout looks the same, except for the one spot I pointed out and she scrubbed while I was watching, guess what, this spot of grout now looks clean. I asked for a deep clean and paid extra for window interiors, guess what, after asking her to go back over several things I gave up. I would’ve had to walk through the whole house and stood over her to clean the many areas she missed. Oh and btw, after walking around on our wood floor that supposedly was cleaned, our socks were filthy. He wanted to offer $40 off. After our socks were black. That was unacceptable. After being over reasonable with the owner, by asking that he just remove the extra cost associated with add ons that were not cleaned properly. And we could just wash our hands clean with each other (pun intended), he chooses to charge my card that I used to leave the deposit, WITHOUT my permission. I showed him pictures and video of several things plus I have several more pics. I over explained my disappointment. Bad business over $27. With all that I was left to have to clean, I should not have been charged anything more than the deposit. Makes black owned businesses look bad."
