"We recently moved to Dothan and had no idea which vet to choose. It was just dumb luck that we chose this one. We are very impressed with Dr. McCoy and staff! Some reviews mentioned staff was “rude”, which I cannot imagine. The girls up front are extremely busy- the phone rings constantly- and they do a great job. They have always been nice, and Dr. McCoy is knowledgeable, gentle and caring. Prices are very reasonable as well. We are happy to drive to Headland for this vet!"
"Brought my kitten here and they did not give her a proper check up, they said she was okay to come off her medication and the same issue she was brought in for happened and when I called the emergency number the owner was very rude and said she was not eligible for the emergency care because we had an organization pay for her appointment. The receptionist ladies are very polite but the owner did not treat my cat with the same care due to us not being “paying clients”"
