"As I employ several contractors we utilize this hotel for inexpensive stays. Over the last month we have found bugs, broken TVs, brown water and mold in the shower, etc. the daytime stafff and owners offer $5 discounts for these inconveniences. Would never recommend."

"We had a room booked for 3 days. It had a terrible odor. The rooms were not clean. It was a nonsmoking room with cigarette burns in the bed coverings. I bought cleaning supplies to clean the room. It looked like smashed bugs on wall. We cleaned walls, floors, tub. We used 3 white rags that was black after we cleaned. So room 105 should be clean now. The lady offered to change to another room but that air conditioner was not working properly so we cleaned room 105. Our friends had to leave room 108 in the middle of the night because their bed had bed bugs and without proper cleaning they rented that room out the next day to a gentleman. I will not be staying there again. The little girl up front was adamant telling us the manager told her she had to rent every room. I guess that’s with or without bed bugs. The rooms are nasty. It was cheap and the little girl up front was friendly but I DO NOT recommend staying here."

"The staff are nice but as soon as I walked in my room I was absolutely disgusted. I’m serious when I say do not stay here if you don’t want to bring home bugs! I spotted two baby cockroaches and a big one I accidentally stepped on, mold in the shower curtain, dusty air conditioner, dirty walls, dirty counters. I’m not picky but I noticed this all in 5 minutes. Refused to stay. I’d rather sleep in my car!"

"As soon as we arrived the owner or whoever he was said “How long you stay?” I’m assuming because of the bags we had. We just lost our home in a house fire so the things we had is what we salvaged. I have never felt so disrespected a day in my life.I went to pay for my room and he told me I had to be gone by Friday because of a High school homecoming game. But I went online and they had 8 rooms left. We have been quiet and respectful . I feel like he doesn’t like black people. But we are not loud or ghetto."

"Worst hotel ever!! We found 3 cockroaches, 1 huge and 2 smaller ones in our room, the toilet had to be flushed at least 2x for any use, the outlets were pulling from the wall, nothing looks clean, the wall where the door and windows were actually moved if you shut the door too hard, you felt like the wall would fall. Went to the office and they would only give us another room, Talladega weekend so no rooms anywhere else and we'd already paid for this one, after getting 2nd room everyone was up because you were afraid to fall asleep in fear more roaches would come out. Called the manager the next morning because I felt we should not be charged for the cockroach infested room, and was told no, they gave us a new room. Manager was very very rude and unapologetic. We will file a complaint with the health department. DO NOT STAY HERE!!"
