Knox Pest Control

"My apartment complex switched to this company in Leesburg, GA soon after the pandemic restrictions loosened enough to have technicians come inside the home. Their sprays have done nothing to fix our roach problem. They did a cabinet clean out and fumigation and it helped for maybe a week. I have tried contacting our rental office dozens of times and the knox office and have talked to the technicians when I am at home. All I get is empty promises that I will see improvement but I find myself having to deal with these roaches at least 3 times a day. I also can't switch companies because of the contract with the complex which would not allow another company into the connected units to deal with the pests in all the units. How can a company offer a service and then that service continues to not deliver?!?"

"Dont use them period the salesman comes out and tell you one thing while going over the contract to get the business and when the technician comes out he does another and I was told that they dont not do what's listed on the contract after the contract was signed and the technician Sam came out to spray! I called at 7:30 am and was told that a salesperson would call me shortly I didnt get a call I had to call back around 2pm and that when I got a call 37 minutes later from a salesman named Gary! He was really nice came out walked around the house and said all the stuff he was going to do t ok ensure i dont have a spider issue or any other issues that i can not visibly see! Trust me he is a good salesman he had me convinced while eating my chocolate cake and peanut butter cookies! Long story semi short I received a call about a payment that should have been setup on autopay but the numbers were written down incorrectly and they needed a payment so I called my husband on three way so that he could explain what had happened at our house and I explained to her what was going on she was so kind she stated that a manager would give me a call after a while well that never happened a technician named Mike gave me a call and he was so disrespectful and unprofessional with his word choice (I swear everyone now wants to be outspoken like our President Trump and have forgotten that they need a damn job and Trump is a made man) that my husband took over the call and then we received a call two weeks later from the salesman named Gary and I had to inform him of all the things that he stated would be done when it came to our house while sitting at my kitchen table chowing down on my homemade sweets that what he told me they didnt do and that I had video and photos to prove it and he started to back track and i had to remind him that the things he checked off on that contract stating he would do should be done and that it is a legally binding agreement between us and that they was not in compliance with the contract I explained to him that at this point whatever they put down has started roaches to come in and we only had a spider issue which we still do have and he tried to feed me some bs jargon that i was not about to listen too! All I can say about this matter is exactly what the two technicians stated to me must be true he was just trying to make a sale and that is not what the actually do which I have a voice recording of Sam who came out to spray as well as Mike who we spoke to over the phone with his rude behavior captured also! I dont like bugs and just added Knox pest control to that dont like list!!"
