They took the time to explain everything and conducted a detailed examination, even including a fecal exam for our pup's well-being. The seamless scheduling of follow-up visits aligned perfectly with our vaccination schedule. Being a Petfolk member is a delight, and the modern, minimalist decor adds a touch of charm. "The professionalism, the empathy, the genuine patient care, and support for the worried family is unmatched. I am incredibly grateful for the way Dr. Miller and Mr. Juan treated Rue and I. I felt as if they were both so competent and committed to their professional craft. Having a sick fur baby is a terrible ordeal but the team at PetFolks made me feel like everything was going to be okay.
