"Not a fan. 2 of my dogs had been going here, and briefly to acworth, since 2015. A whole bunch of bad stuff has gone on including not being told about issues with blood work. I was also lied to about medication for flea, tick, and Heartworm medication for another dog. They told me I had a year but then came 6 months, and they told me I had only been paying for 6 months. It was going to be $240 versus the $160 or so at our new vet I can actually trust. They are the biggest scam of a vet. If you are stuck seeing them, I would only recommend Dr. Duric or Dr. Rogers. Stay VERY far away from Dr. Bell as she cannot answer questions and will also give you false information."

"Little disappointed. Had 8:30 AM appointment for comprehensive 6 month physical and teeth cleaning. At after 1 PM called and he was still not finished. Finally finished at 2:00 PM when we picked him up. The Veterinarian was at lunch and not available to talk to us.We had questions to ask the Veterinarian. We We told the Veterinarian would call, but it is after 4:30 and still have not heard back from Veterinarian. We spend over $70 each month with Banfield and have always been pleased with their care for Beau , but not so much today. Marshall & Cindy Lynch."

"I brought my dog in for dental cleaning. Few days later, we noticed a really big bruise under her neck area (1.5" *4") that shaped like her trachea was injured. We quickly brought her back. The vet told us that they got blood from the neck nerve, so bruise can occur. But she was concerned because she has never seen such a big bruise before. The vet gave her an X-ray and was relieved that her trachea wasn't tear. But the vet has no explanation into why she got such a big bruise. We were sent home to observe on her bruise, hoping there's no expansion of the bruise (ie, internal bleeding). The vet told us that it would take another week for the bruise to go away. We are currently still observing on her. Giving a 2 stars because Banfield did the recheck on her as their responsibility."
