"Machine takes your money then they won't give it back or give you a wash ...$9 to wash a load is ridiculous when the machine takes your money. Cost me $25 to wash and dry a load of clothes. Lady was Hella rude. Absolutely will NOT spend any more money at this place."
"Half the washing machines don’t work. The ones that do only work with a credit card. IF there is one that takes quarters it will spit half of them back out before accepting them. The credit card reader works sometimes…but “just unplug it and plug it back in if you need to,” per the contact person. The poor gentleman that works there is always catching the brunt of people’s complaints though things are out of his control."
"The laundry soap dispenser ate our quarters and didn't give any soap, then the first couple machines had the soap fill area gunked up, we tried one that wasnt gunked up, put in $3 and it wouldn't accept the remaining $1.50 and it wouldn't give us back what we put in, none of the managers would answer the phone, it looks nice in pictures but it doesn't take a magnifying glass to see it was refinished a couple years ago and since then the owners couldn't care less, the app they use for paying online is a good example of it, we tried that but couldn't even download it because it was years out pf date for android and even when it was able to be downloaded the reviews all say the app didn't work, all in all a waste of $4 and an hour of my time"
"German roaches and very dirty machines IF you can even find one that works. I know it's more about the nasty people coming in and just treating the place like a truck stop, but pest control is a MUST!"
