"Good: Mark is very professional. He conducted the inspection very carefully. He explained everything in detail. Most of the team members worked very hard and carefully. The supervisor is an Army retired, so he supervised the team very well, got the job done on time and ensured the quality of the job as well. Bad: The final invoice was not the same with the contract. I was charged $800 more due to the miscommunication between Mark and the installation team that I did not agree."

"Very professional and prompt service. Their team communicated well, came out and inspected my roof in a prompt manner. Rather than trying to up-sell a new roof, they explained the issues and recommend some minor repairs on a Friday afternoon. The repair team came out on Monday and were done in a couple of hours.
