"So I have gave them one pink jacket and one black jacket with fringes on it. When I gave them to the first woman she told me they were real leather jackets which is fine but she said they could still clean them they had my jackets for four days. I come to pick them up and the woman tells me nobody called you about the jackets I tell her no is something she tells me well we can't clean sorry. So they knew that and didn't call me when they had no number. I told the woman I would not be back and she turned her back to get and walked back inside. This place is lacking customer service. They just lose a customer I will not be back."
"I was really happy with the service I received. This was my first time using Master Kleen. My order was to be completed by 5 pm the next day but I asked if there was any way I could pick it up early since I was leaving to go out of town. They had my order ready by 1 pm and I was able to get on the road as planned. I will definitely be using their service in the future.***I even offered to come inside and pick up my order and the lady was like no we will bring it out to your car. Excellent customer service!!"
"I am picky and I send everything to them. Pants, shirts, suits. A+. They pick up your clothes early so they aren't hanging outside all day. Great text messaging system that is simple but asks you if you need service or can decline it. It also sends you notifications when items are picked up/dropped off. Two days a week free delivery service is so nice. They will pick up from me on Monday and I will have my clothes back on Thursday. Have done a great job up to this point without any damages."
