"If I could give a billion stars to PetVet, I would. They are so compassionate, transparent, and understanding. My dog had been sick for a few months, off and on. They told me all of my options without pressuring and were extremely transparent throughout the process. Today, she was extremely sick and they immediately saw and ran tests on her. Unfortunately, we had run out of options and had to put our sweet girl down. The vet and staff were so accommodating and let us have all the time we needed and then offered more. They made sure she was comfortable and provided a blanket for her as well. They never once rushed me and did not rush me to pay either. They were so understanding throughout the process, despite me being a mess, and reassured and comforted me. They even had a candle set out to honor my pet and let others know (picture attached). Despite the circumstances, I could not recommend PetVet more! Update: Picked up my girl’s ashes today and PetVet’s staff had written a handwritten letter with her paw prints inside. The one thing I wished I would’ve done before she passed was get her paw print in ink/clay, so I couldn’t be more grateful."
