"We moved to Opelika roughly 18 months ago and needed a vet for our 6 year old greyhound mix and 8 week old lab puppy. Countryside has been our home since day one. Their hours work great with our schedule. They offer online booking options through the pet desk app, so you don’t have to wait for office hours to book that appointment (which I only seem to remember to do at midnight). They are a full service office, taking care of our pups’ routine and urgent healthcare needs, grooming and boarding. Their prices are very reasonable and our dogs have come to love several of the staff members at the office. I’m convinced, the team learned our dogs’ names and to recognize their faces before they learned my name or my husband’s, which is exactly how their priorities should be, in my opinion :) The couple times we’ve needed more extensive care, they were very honest and transparent up front about the cost to ensure we weren’t caught off guard and still wanted to proceed. I appreciated that transparency. We’re very pleased with Countryside and recommend them wholeheartedly."
"Great Place, really caring people. A bit pricey though. They have gone up significantly since I began bringing my pets here. I really love the service . You couldn't find a better place to board your pets nor a more caring and compassionate Vet, I recently experienced the sudden passing of my Beloved Italian Mastiff Baby she had been in Countrysides care since she was born, I was really going through missing her during the Holidays, they remembered her by having a candle in her memory and sending me a card signed by the entire staff, that touched my heart so very deeply and acts of kindness like these is just what one needs when you experience the loss of a beloved member of your family , this is what truly sets COUNTRYSIDE VETERINARIAN apart from the rest I not only RECOMMEND THEM I WILL NOT TRUST MY PETS TO ANYONE ELSE!"
