"Don’t waste your time buying the certificates We bought a certificate, went to schedule the neuter Only to find out that the companies that they use refused to accept them because they said that they haven’t paid their bill so now we have a useless certificate that we cannot use"
"I went through the process to get a certificate, however it really wasn't much point. The certificate cost my $73 for my male small dog, and the place I took him to required another $25. This place is a low cost clinic that charges $120 normally, so very little savings. However beware, there is a small list of providers/vets that accept this certificate and all of them charge additional costs on top of the certificate. One or two I called charge an additional $100-200 more. I would not go through the process of getting another low cost spay Georgia certificate again. Not worth the savings and time it took to get one. It's easier and faster just to go to a low cost clinic for a few extra $$"
