"I first spoke with Melanie on 10/11 then we started texting. She made an offer and I accepted and we scheduled a cleaning for Fri, 10/13 at 7:30. She never showed up and wasn't responding to calls or texts. Finally, after I told her I was going to leave a bad review, she texted and said that she had had an allergic reaction while cleaning a house on Thurs, and was going to the doctor to get a shot. We rescheduled for Sat, 10/14 at 9 am, but she never showed. I have sent several texts and left several voicemails but as of today, Sunday, I have not heard from her. This was very unprofessional, irresponsible and discourteous!! I guess she doesn't care about reviews because when I said I would post a bad review after the first no-show, her comment was just "go ahead". I would never recommend her to anyone!!"
"She went above and beyond on a last minute deep clean for us. She was very easy to communicate with, pleasant to work with, on time, supportive and well priced . You can’t find someone better to take care of your home as if it was her own. We are now customers for life! Thank you so much for going the extra mile for us!"
