"I just bought the Madjax Ultimate light kit for my Yamaha golf cart and the headlights dont fit. I followed all the instructions, watched videos and triple checked EVERYTHING before cutting the first hole. When I tried the light it does not fit the body contour. So I called Madjax and the guy I talked to kept trying to enroll me for some gift card. I told him NO 4 times. I just want help with this problem. He would not stop, so I hung up."
"I bought a new Club Car and had the ultra light package from Madjax installed. It is a nice plug-n-go setup EXCEPT it is held in by cheap (inferior) clips that break. So then the headlight pops out and it is like driving with an eye that pops out of a socket - ugly! The temporary fix is duct tape (on a new cart). I have emailed customer service (misnomer because no one responds) via email. Did not even get an acknowledgement of my request(s). I offered to pay for them and/or direct me where I can get replacements. I will contact them again and will continue to post on other sites if they do not respond."

"Horrible customer service!!! Called multiple times and left messages for Roger and Benji neither one will call back. MadJax lift kits are junk the blue bushings wear out and become ob longed on upper controls. The end result causes the tires to wear funny and makes popping noise. Company has gone down hill since they sold out to Nivel Parts. Also Nivel Parts owns Buggies Unlimited and they are selling to the general public parts as cheap or cheaper than I can buy wholesale from them. This company is very greedy and doesn't care about their customers!"
