Since my comings and goings have become more limited, I'm so thankful for this hometown store and the employees that go above and beyond to assist us older, feeble folks! "Poor souls are under staffed usually. Which makes for a not so friendly customer relations. One of them posted a Biden sticker besides the cash register read out with the caption I did that. I'm thinking yeahhhhhhh no. But at least be happy you got a job. But due to this experience I'll be going to the Dollar store. Thanks DG!"
"I couldn't get anyone on the phone after a lady rudely snapped at me and hung up before I could say anything else. This means if a customer has more than one question they will have to call back. Also, one of the employees working here called out to me where I could barely hear her In front of everyone. I may honestly never set foot in this store again. I am normally the person to avoid confrontation but I think I should have been treated better."
"Rude customer service. I don’t recommend going here at ALL. The family dollar down the road is MUCH better. I Walked right out of the store, the cashier refused to ring me up to buy something even with my face covered. You FAILED at customer service so now you get a bad review. Next time be more professional. I highly recommend NOT shopping here at this store. But to the cashier, maybe you’ll reflect about your actions."
