"Nicked my dog's paw pad and didn't tell me. Discovered it that evening when I noticed her licking it a lot and a pinky nail portion sized flap of her paw pad hanging on by a strip of skin. Shared in the service survey and they never responded. Additionally, realized as well they didn't trim her the fur on her haunches, leaving it comically long like a fringe fanned out towards her tail. Her nails are also very long for having had them trimmed and grinded down supposedly, and one nail already cracked from where they didn't buff it down enough. Never again will I ever use any pet services at any PetCo ever."
