"Bought a KangVape and it was disgusting, burnt. When I brought it back in the older woman said I would have to come back when the owner got in. So I did , he said there was nothing he could do that he would be out money if he replaced it… so it’s okay that I’m out the $18. Bad customer service. Even though the sign says “no refunds” if I buy something from any store and there’s a problem, nicest thing to do would be just let the customer replace it. I ended up buying 2 vapes here, and it will be the last 2. So WARNING for anyone buying."
"I bought a drink, and after my stomach started hurting, I found that the drink expired over a year and half ago. I explained what happened and asked for a refund/exchange , and there were more on the shelf that were also expired, which I brought to the desk. The cashier refused to give me a refund and gave me a speech about the refund policy of businesses. I've worked for 7 years in retail. I know how it works. This should have never happened in the first place. Looking on other shelves I see more expired products, I'm sure a health inspector would not approve."
"Very poor store out of date stuff in the store costumer service is terrible hanging wires in the store gas pumps start charging be fore any fuel comes out will not be going back to this store again until it has new owners"
"Since this store has new owners the store has become terrible. They hardly cook fresh pizza's, they let stay under the heating lamp all day. Some of the items are out of date. I don't recommend shopping here at all."
