"Just had to drop by this T-Mobile store for an issue with my phone. Staff was very courteous and helpful. My phone wasn't charging, and they quickly diagnosed the trouble, repaired it and I was on my way. By the way....just read a review where someone was complaining about an employee having their child at the store. I think it speaks volumes for a company as large as T-Mobile to let a parent bring their child to work. My daughter worked for an office who wouldn't allow that...caused my daughter to miss work when daycare was closed or unavailable. In turn the office was short staffed. Kudos to T-Mobile for the quick help with my phone and for supporting their staff. I'll be keeping them as my cell provider."
"We will never go to the T-Mobile store in valley again. The customer service at that store is awful and rude. Employees have their small children at work with me so instead of them helping making sure they are doing the correct stuff they are watching their children. I did not know this store was a daycare. This store is just so awful they should all be fired at this store since they would rather be working in a daycare. If I could give less then one star I would. Stay far away from the store in the valley!"
