"I went to TSD to get a gift for my husband. When checking out, the system froze leading me to have a pending charge on my account. Pamela was doing everything she could to try and get it unfrozen. She told me she would hold the shoes for me until the money hit my account again. I was on my lunchbreak and was in a hurry so I left. The system unfroze and Pamela went ABOVE AND BEYOND her duty, and drove the shoes to me at my job. Excellent customer service and I appreciate her so much! Thank you, Pamela."
"I went in today with a hopeful mind as what I saw online reflected that it was also in store at this location…well I was highly disappointed. Terrible service, other than a forced hello - not one single lady out of the 4 that were up front at the register congregating and gossiping over non-working topics came over to give me any assistance. Quite unhappy!"
"For our family this Shoe Dept. is a good fit. Friendly and helpful employees each time we've gone. 10-25-2019 We went shopping with/for teenage daughter for shoes, for semi-formal dance. Second place we looked. Good selection. Reasonable prices. Ended up getting two pairs: 1st pair) Easy Street ankle boots for 29.98 & 2nd pair) Hot Cakes Orleans flats for 19.98. With tax 53.97. When hubby needed shoes we went back and had success finding him something. Our 23 year old daughter went to Shoe Dept. for new shoes for College Graduation, and found herself something."
"Absolutely love this store. I’d like to see some more shoes for the “younger” crowd but they still have a pretty good selection of shoes and the staff is SUPER friendly & a good mix of personalities to talk to! They speak to you as soon as you walk in. Pretty sure these negative reviews are from people who come in with sour attitudes already lol... I always have a great experience when I come to this store. I wish the other location was as friendly."
