"What's the purpose in trying to return merchandise if "at your discretion" refers to basically a no across the board for policy #7 ...? Logically, how can I, the consumer, even know your merchandise is ill fitted after wearing them only in your store...? I would need to wear a pair of shoes at least a full day, that makes no sense that you won't accept a return after only 4 days, and the shoes have only been worn one time! "On Friday May 11, 2018 at approximately 8:05 p.m. I called the Arbor Place store to inquire about a shoe and was told "I DON'T HAVE TIME TO CHECK FOR YOU, CALL BACK" with an attitude. He or she refused to give there name and asked me who am I? The rep continued to be rude and refused to give there name and hung up the phone."
