"Wonderful group of guys, very thoughtful and kind due to my inexperience. Very knowledgeable, didn't try to sell me the most expensive bike, very patient spent approximately 4-hours with me and was in no rush to get rid of me. Then they spent at least another hour when i picked up my bike so i would be comfortable with the clips. I left a happy customer!!!"
"We had a great experience renting from Free-Flite! Before I booked our rentals, I spoke to the Free-Flite team. I wanted to rent 7 bikes. Cason, Ramon, and David were helpful in making sure I selected the correct bikes. Once we established which bikes we were going to go with, the Free-Flite team sized the bikes for us by weight. The quality of the bikes were strong. As a beginner at riding mountain bikes, the brake, tire, and shock quality made me feel secure when going on tough terrain. Free-Flite supplied helmets and a tailgate pad upon request."
"Absolutely amazing service from the team at Canton road Free-Flite. I purchased a new Trek Rail 9.9 and they took their time to set up the suspension to my specs and walk me through all the technology on the bike. The Smith rep happened to be in the store at the time and he was very helpful in guiding me with the best helmet on the market. 5 stars I highly recommend to anyone looking for a new bike or a shop to service their bike."
