"GREAT pricing,but not all items are true to size. Also they close the 15 mins before closing. So make sure you get to the store 30 before closing or you would have to wait for the next business day to exchange your items. Also there are no changing rooms. So plan to buy return same day if possible."
"Don't sleep on Simply 10. Although it's hit & miss, on good days one can find name brand clothing in here. Most of the staff are in their late teens and early to mid 20's and mostly pretty and skinny; yet they are super friendly, helpful, and not at all judgemental."

"Had an issue a few months ago with not getting my refund on a gift card. She stated the cashier didn't do it correctly. Talk to a cashier, who took my name & number & promised that a manager would call me back. I never got a call back. I called several times, no one would answer the phone. I guess that was a loss I took. I will NOT be going back."
