He was also able to explain technicalities to an amateur without making me feel too overwhelmed. I most especially enjoyed his amazing communication style and demeanor. We were treated like personal friends as soon as we stepped in! I will never go to another bike shop for anything else, even if I have to go out of my way to get back to Aztec Cycles.
