"Incredibly pushy staff when it comes to signing up for their card or rewards program. We had to deny that we wanted either five separate times per offer. Afterwards, the person checking us out “forgot” to give us the 40% off discount they’d been giving all day, and only gave us the discount after we brought it up and had to get a refund. Is it malice or incompetence, you decide."

"I enjoyed shopping at this Banana Republic. BR has great quality clothes but can be a bit expensive. However, they often have good sales. I was helped by couple sales associates, and they were both very helpful and kind. I would return again!"
