"Bought my bike from them. A couple of months later I had a bad crash on it. Took my bike in to have them look it over to make sure everything is okay. I also wanted to customize a couple of areas, so they gave me good product advice and got me going quickly. And let me know everything checked out after the crash without trying to upswell me on anything. I will go back and recommend."
"On the plus side, they're local. Bought my All City Big Block from them and was a fairly straight forward experience. Have directed friends here in the past so they could get bikes for The Silver Comet. As far as I know, no issues there. Every now and then I'll get a part from them, but one time they only delivered half my order and wouldn't refund the other half unless I brought my card into the store. Emailed them a couple times about a store credit, but no response. It was only $25, so haven't felt like going into the store over it. But it was annoying enough that I'm writing this review. If you go buy a $1000+ bike from them, you'll probably get a good functional bike and won't have any trouble. Just keep in mind wallets get good service, not people."
